For the deep exfoliating mitts and back scrubber:

Soften your body with hot water for 5 minutes, then step away from the water. Dampen the scrubber and squeeze out the excess water. Holding the large straps, use a side-to-side motion and apply pressure, pulling the handles away from your body. After exfoliating, apply your favorite body oil or moisturizer to hydrate your skin.

To extend the life of a sunless tan, use the scrubber to exfoliate before applying a spray tan, or sunless tanning lotion or cream.

For the foot scrub set:

Prep feet by wetting and drying them, then spray Polish + Glow Foot Scrub, allowing 3 minutes for penetration, especially on callouses. Once the skin becomes tacky, gently file rough areas for exfoliation with the coarse side, then smooth with the fine side.

Enjoy extra softness by leaving the formula on, or simply follow with your preferred foot lotion.

For the deep exfoliating mitts and back scrubber: Rinse thoroughly after each use and hang to air dry. Replace every 8 to 10 weeks.
